Fit Guide

Footwear & Apparel Size Guide

One number is never enough on its own. Running shoes are made to a performance last, apparel is cut for movement, and the same shoe is often labelled in two sizing systems at once. Start from your measured foot length in centimetres or your body measurements in centimetres, then read across.

Lengths are given in centimetres and millimetres, plus the US, UK and European conversions. Apparel measurements are given in both inches and centimetres. Every measurement refers to your body or your foot — nothing needs to be added.

Women’s Footwear

The last column gives the men’s size that corresponds to the same physical shoe, which is what you need when a style is sold as unisex.

Fit tip. The women’s chart lists the men’s equivalent as two sizes down, while the men’s chart lists the women’s equivalent as one size up. Both are the brand’s own printed tables and they do not agree. Do not convert by arithmetic — measure your foot and match the centimetres.
Unisex styles. These are sold in men’s sizing. If you normally wear a women’s size, read the Men’s US column above, or use the men’s chart and go by foot length.
Between two sizes? Performance running shoes are cut close, so take the larger size — a snug shoe that pinches will not loosen up. Leave a thumbnail’s width of room in front of your longest toe.

Men’s Footwear

The first column gives the women’s size for the same physical shoe. It starts at men’s 5.5 — the smaller men’s sizes have no women’s equivalent printed.

Fit tip. Above men’s US 13 the half sizes stop for the long run — the chart goes 13, 13.5, then 14, 15, 16. The last three rows carry no foot length, so measure and compare with the row above.
Trail and road fit differently. Trail shoes are built on a roomier last with a wider toe box; road and speed models are cut closer to the foot. Read the size guide on the product page before you commit to a size.
Width. Width options vary from model to model. The size selector on the product page lists the widths made for that style.

Kids’ Footwear

Kids’ sizes are split by age group rather than given a foot length, so measure the foot and use the group your child falls into. Children’s feet grow fast — there should be a thumb’s width of room in front of the longest toe, and children should be re-measured every few months.

Fit tip. Children move up through the three groups by age, not by a clean number sequence. A child at the top of the toddler group wears US 12, and the kids group starts again at US 12.5 — there is no gap and no overlap, so read the group, not the age.
Room to grow. Half an inch of space in front of the longest toe is right. More than that and children trip; less and the toes cramp.

Clothing & Bra Sizing

Measured values are body measurements, not garment measurements. Take them over light clothing, keep the tape level and snug but not tight, and measure the fullest part of the chest, the smallest part of the waist, and the fullest part of the hips.

Sports Bra — Cup Sizing

Measure the fullest part of the bust and subtract the band measurement. The difference gives the cup.

Swipe the table sideways to see every column.

Measurement Difference	Cup Size
Up to 1/2 in	AA
1/2 – 1 in	A
1 – 2 in	B
2 – 3 in	C
3 – 4 in	D
4 – 5 in	DD

Sports Bra — Band Sizing

Take a snug measurement around the ribcage, directly under the bust.

Swipe the table sideways to see every column.

Underbust (in)	Typical Bra Size	Bra Size
27 – 28	30A – 32A	XS
29 – 30	32AB – 34A	S
31 – 32	34AB – 36A	M
33 – 34	36AB – 38A	L
35 – 36	38AB – 40A	XL

Some sports bras are sold by bra size and some by letter size. Use both tables together: find your underbust range for the letter, then check the cup against the difference measured above.

Socks & Gloves

Socks are sized in ranges rather than single numbers, so one sock size covers a span of shoe sizes. Sizing runs a little differently for women and men — use the row that matches the shoe you will wear them with.

Socks

Swipe the table sideways to see every column.

Sock Size	Women’s US Shoe	Men’s US Shoe	European Shoe
S	4 – 7	n/a	34 – 38
M	7 – 10	6 – 9	38 – 42
L	10 – 13	9 – 12	42 – 46
XL	n/a	12 – 15	46 – 50

Fit tip. The bands touch — a women’s 7 sits at the top of size S and the bottom of size M. If you land exactly on a boundary, size up for cushioned running socks and size down for a thin racing sock.
Women’s 13 and men’s 15. Those two ends of the range have no sock size and are shown as n/a. Wearers at the extremes are between sizes.

Gloves

Swipe the table sideways to see every column.

Size (Unisex)	Hand Circumference (in)
XS	6 – 6.5
S	7 – 7.5
M	8 – 8.5
L	9 – 9.5
XL	10 – 10.5

Fit tip. The sizing chart is unisex and the published values are the same for hand circumference and hand length, so one measurement is enough — wrap a tape around the widest part of your hand, just below the knuckles, and keep it level.
Between two sizes? Gloves are meant to sit close. Take the larger size if you wear them over a liner, the smaller if you want maximum dexterity.

How to Measure at Home

Trace your foot Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel lightly against a wall and your weight on the foot you are measuring. Trace the outline, holding the pen upright.
Measure the length Measure from the heel edge to the tip of your longest toe, in centimetres. Longest toe, not biggest toe — they are not always the same one.
Measure both feet Do both and use the larger of the two. Feet swell during the day, so measure in the late afternoon, wearing the socks you plan to run in.
Measure your body For apparel, take a fresh set of numbers rather than trusting a size you wore years ago: chest at the fullest point, waist at the smallest point, hips at the fullest point, and inseam from crotch to ankle.

Fit Notes

Foot length in centimetres travels between brands; the US number does not. Start from the centimetre column whenever you can.
The same shoe can carry a men’s and a women’s size at once. Where the two charts disagree on the conversion, trust the foot length.
Unisex styles are sold in men’s sizing.
Shoes are designed with a small amount of room in front of the toes already built in. Do not add an allowance on top of the chart.
Socks change the fit. Measure the way you will actually wear the shoes.
Racing and speed models are cut closer than daily trainers. If you are between sizes in a race-day shoe, size up.
Apparel runs across several fits — tight, slim, athletic or relaxed. The size chart covers the body, not the cut, so read the fit description on the product page as well.
Not every size is made in every style. The size selector on the product page is the final word.

This guide is provided for reference only. Sizes and measurements can vary slightly between styles and production runs, and conversions are approximate. Please check the size selector on the product page for the exact sizes available in that style.
